I like the ingredients. The taste isn't bad either, but for some reason, the powder is always clumped together. It's a shame that it's difficult to crush and doesn't dissolve easily.

Blue raspberry… It tastes disgusting honesty lol It is definitely clean, sugar free and doesn’t contain any artificial sweeteners & colors. It is vegan, third-party tested and Informed Choice Certified. That’s why I give it 5 stars. It is lower in caffeine compared to other pre-workouts and that works for me. I don’t take a full scoop, probably 3/4. It gives me a good boost of energy. Does not contain creatine, so take it separately. I don’t think I’ll repurchase this flavor again, unless it is GENEROUSLY discontinued. But definitely curious about 2 other flavors. If you are looking for a pleasant flavor Blue Raspberry is not for you 😂 UPDATE: I know what it tastes like - Theraflu
