The cream creates a cast on the skin which once dry, considerably reducing wrinkles. However, if you smile or lift your eyebrows the cast breaks and the skin looks dry and flaky. So it does nothing to nourish the skin, if anything it dries it. Ultimately too expensive for what it does.
