In the beginning, during the first few uses, I did notice that applying makeup seemed to adhere better after cleansing my face with this product. However, over time, that effect became less noticeable. Still, it works as a decent exfoliant and provides some benefit.

This is an excellent product for cleaning the skin! It doesn’t remove blackheads, but it does a great job of clearing away dead skin and leaving my face soft and smooth. I use it 2-3 times a week after washing my face, and it feels refreshing every time.

Now don't expect the same results as you saw in the social media posts. There's no 'little black specks' coming out. It does, however clean out the pores and leaves skin smooth and soft. Gets rid of blackheads with regular use. I love it.
