Good quality. The taste and size of the candy is for 4. I took it to drink in the morning with coffee. But it doesn't go with coffee at all. I've been taking creatine for several months. So I was looking for "entertainment" in the form of a supplement. But I won't order it in this form again.
The quality is excellent, it's light, doesn't make you feel nauseous, tastes great, the quantity is good, it's easy to use, two are enough.
