I have been taking this ginseng for almost 2 to 3 years. I can honestly say, it does magic in energy boosting. The bigger pouch variety offers more potent energy. Additionally, after taking a stick, with added energy, my mood also improved and concentration. I do also feel a bit or warmth after taking a stick. Prior to workout, I usually take this for extra burn and energy. They have variety of flavors in other country via distributor, I do hope in iherb they can offer more variety and sizes. The red pomegranate and the berry taste nice, as well as this flavor.
