I didn’t like it a lot it has lemon and didn’t like it.The consistency is not nice as well

Although called "vitamin E" this product contains only alpha tocopherol. Complete vitamin E is usually known as mixed tocopherols and is claimed to be far more effective as a supplement. My fault for not checking more closely before buying it. I won't do it again. Also the lemon flavour is awful and really spoils the taste. It would be better unflavoured.

I use liquid E as part of my skin regimen. The bottle is good sized and I’m sure the vitamin E is pure and effective. I only use topically so I can’t comment on taste.
