These tablets are small in size and easy to swallow. The price is affordable with 90 in one jar. The dosage of the minerals is also perfect, as we don't want to overdose. Compared to other products out there, I find this formulation to be the most ideal. It does not include iron, as different people have different iron requirements, women tend to need more.

This is a good combination of trace mineral into a small tablet. Many people are deficient in trace mineral in today's diet. I take one per day with meal for bone and heart health.
