I’ve been using ON Micronized Creatine Powder (Blueberry Lemonade) and found it to be a reliable supplement for my strength training. I do like this brand for creatine but this flavor in particular is not as enjoyable as their other offerings.
Taste is different compared to the ones I have used before thru local market. A bit less stronger than usual. Less sweet amd dull. Also it had the plain flavor label instead of fruit pic label. Also surprised that it came with a scoop inside. I hope it's authentic regardless of the taste.
Tried dozens of creatine powders. This is my favorite yet. Taste is nice, especially when you add fruit to the shaker/blender. The quality is also good, it is not sandy or grainy and mixes well. I drink it in the morning with some salt. my second doze is either with some fruit blended or in the post workout protein shake.
I love the taste. Im glad i dont have to add it to coffee anymore because its almost the only time I drink crea. Micronized is definitely better.
