I take Vitamin D every day living in the North East where winter days are so short. I trust Megafood, I think they're a good quality vitamin brand who I trust.
I have problems with most Vitamin D3, I'm fructose intolerant, I tried many , many brands, only a few put no glycerin at all in their product, This one from Megafood, I can take it safely, no stomach burning. A little bit more expensive but you have to pay the prize for quality products, dont you?
This is the second time purchasing this. I like it as it is a tablet, not a gel capsule. It would be perfect if the tablet is slightly smaller for easy swallow. I was vitamin d deficient. Good ingredients and is in high quality. My dosage was 2500 iu per day and now 1000 iu per day after my levels have normalized.
It delivers the expected potency, but it is expensive though. I won't order it it again because of its price though I had great experience with this brand when purchased Vitamin C before, though that was expensive too

I like this Vit D by Mega Food products. They don't have harmful fillers and I love the clean ingredients. Have been taking this one for a while with Vit K and Magnesium for the full benefit.
I like that this Vitamin D3 includes organic brown rice, broccoli, parsley, carrots, and beetroot for extra nourishment. It feels like a more natural supplement option. However, I’m not a fan of some of the added ingredients like silicon dioxide. Overall, it’s a good product, but it could be even better with cleaner additives.
