This has been a proven winner with me
I've used Osteo Biflex for about ten years now and love that they have Turmeric in this one. I've used it before and will again with this bottle. Let me start by saying that I have the worst knee pain. I have only been taking these for a short time and I am already able to tell the difference in my knee joints. The claim that it shows improved joint comfort in 7 days is absolutely true for me. I feel less achiness and inflammation. I can only imagine the joint discomfort will only improve the longer I take this. I would say to anyone to give them a go and them might just amaze you as they did me. These are also only one a day which is just an added bonus. These are priced reasonably well for the value. The only downfall that is notable to me is that these pills are rather large, as you can see in my photo, but for me this is not a big enough deterrent to stop taking them
