If you want a rich chocolate cake flavor, this is for you.
For me, it's slightly too creamy and rich. It makes me feel lazy, too full to want to move or workout at all.
A nice snack to have for relaxing.
But if you want to eat this before/after a workout, it may be too rich or filling.
Personally, I prefer a few other MP Combat flavors than this one.
Also keep in mind these bars use sugar alternative maltitol.
So be sure to eat more fiber and drink more water to avoid digestion problems.
