It was more delicious than I expected ♡ I'm glad that I can't buy a 40g protein shake in Japan! I mixed it with almond milk and drank it twice a day, in the morning and at night.
It has a mild salted caramel taste. It is low in sugar and easy to drink, despite containing sufficient amounts of protein, glutamine, and MCT oil. It comes in a tetra pack package of 500ml, which is a generous size. It tastes best when chilled.

Awesome shake with the non-standard 500ml size (most RTD shakes are usually under 400ml these days) and the package arrived in pristine condition. Very helpful when I need a pick-me-up before my boxing classes!

The packaging size is ideal and convenient to carry. The taste is good, and the ingredients are excellent. The macronutrients are perfect; I highly recommend this product. I also tried the chocolate flavor; I miss the vanilla, but they've discontinued it, which is a shame. It's still quite expensive, but the price is attractive when it's on sale.
