We eat the Rise and Shine granola. We eat it nearly every morning in yogurt. We like several of the other Seven Sundays cereals but this one is our favorite,
Ordering online was simple and I received the granola to my home without any issues. Too bad this product is not easily available in Canadian stores, but I was happy to find it here. Love Seven Sundays, Rise and Shine Granola.
Tossed my old plastic containers and switched to these glass meal prep boxes. The airtight lids don’t leak soup. They microwave and oven safely. My food tastes fresher.
This is a grain-free, keto-friendly cereal featuring a crunchy blend of almonds, pecans, coconut, coconut oil, flax seeds, chia seeds, freeze-dried strawberries, and bananas. Not too sweet, very enjoyable.

This mix has less sugar which is what I was aiming for. It is good tasting. I would get this again as it is a healthy option.

I love this Strawberry Banana Nut Granola! The flavor is bright and fruity with just the right amount of sweetness, and the mix of nuts adds a great crunch. It tastes so fresh and natural — you can really tell it’s made with quality ingredients. It pairs perfectly with Greek yogurt for breakfast or a snack — such a satisfying combo! This has definitely become one of my favorite granolas from Seven Sundays. Highly recommend!
