i really like the elan brand of products. they are always fresh, tasty, and have a clean, high quality ingredient list. these chia walnuts taste so good. if you like nuts, you need to try them. i really like the fact that they are low in sugar and have a bit of fiber, protein and iron in them. try them mixed with a handful of raisins....yum!
