I got this because of the yin chiao in the ingredients which helps with energetic support when experiencing integration symptoms from energy work. I like that it also is immune supporting with echinacea and other ingredients. I didn't want the kind preserved in alcohol, but I may try that next time because I don't like the thick sweet taste that I think is due to the mixture used as a carrier in place of alcohol.
