Great quality manganese which is well absorbed with no problems. The capsules are small in size and tasteless. This is the lowest dose of quality manganese I could find on iHerb, but is still a bit high at 10 mg. I open the capsule and take a quarter per day in food to provide a dose of about 2.5 mg, which is around the RDA - manganese is a mineral where less is definitely more and needs care in use. It is good for bones, joints, brain, and reducing glutamate by converting it into L-glutamine.
