As a Naturopath, I appreciate the quality ingredients & formula, but I TRULY wish Dr. Christopher’s son (now running the company) would use safer capsules made of organic fermented tapioca (pullulan), like “HealthForce” & “Pure Synergy” do so properly. Sadly, I also REALLY wish Vitacost had NOT sold out to this Chinese owned iHerb company !!! 👀
I gave it 4 starts as I have not been on it too long. I can already tell, however, that it is not going to hurt my tummy or cause constipation like regular iron tablets do. The ingredients are the best there is if you are deficient in iron, and they all are safe, especially when taken as directed. I take mine either an hour before a meal or two hours after. I make sure to avoid dairy products the same length of time as dairy can affect absorption. The quality of the herbal iron formula is from the best sources available. I highly recommend it to anyone with low ferritin or are anemic.
discovered what this iron have been absorbed really quickly so-no pain in the stomach= all digested and absorbed very well-no side effects noticed !

I just started this week so I don’t have results yet but will come back an update. I am using this in conjunction with another supplement. I do feel like the herbs contained in the blend will be beneficial for improving my ferritin. Easy on the system and no side effects.
