The quality is better than expected; the cup is lightweight yet feels substantial, and the 710ml capacity is just right. The blender mixes whey or high-protein quickly and doesn't clump easily, and the straw makes drinking smooth. It can be used as a travel mug when traveling without needing to switch to another cup, which is very convenient. The seal is also good; I haven't encountered any leaks so far. Highly recommended!
