I use NAC for its anti aging skin brightening and antioxidant properties and its a very good supplement. 3 capsules a day give you 600mg NAC. however the NAD at 10mcg is too little to make any difference.

I had lots of issues taking ordinary NAC (powdered form in capsules), on an empty stomach they caused discomfort and acidity. These softgels cause no negative effects at all and I think the additional NAD makes them more effective. Won’t use any other product in future.
