The quantity is very appropriate, and the product's ingredients are great. I don't have an aversion to it; my hair has improved with its effect. It's effective. There are no antioxidant or deficiency effects from using it, and it has no taste. I didn't prevent my sister from using it, and the ingredients are good. I consider it to be 1 mg of its components.
