After listening to several health practitioners discuss the benefits of taking creatine for muscle growth and recovery, I purchased MRM, given that I trust the brand and have had good experiences with other supplements. I use a scoop in a smoothie after a workout. There is no taste or odor, and it is easily digestible. I have noticed better muscle definition and the product has a lot of servings, so much, to last several months.

The MRM Creatine Monohydrate is an excellent product for this active vegan! I do not have to front-load with this product. It does not cause any GI issues. I take it before my workout, and I have more stamina for intense strength and HIIT workouts. Typically, I dissolve it with either lemon juice/sugar/1 cup of water, or any other citrus/water combination, but this is just my personal preference.

At age 70, I take 10g of creatine daily, and enjoy the benefits of increased energy and better sleep.
