My husband uses mouth tapes for sleep apnea/snoring...these do work pretty well but made his mouth dry because some air does get in due to the "X" shape. He did like that it didn't hurt to peel off and the price is great.
the only thing that actually works so well from all of those insane morning shed tiktoks. amazing quality stays on all night. the size is perfect doesn’t suffocate me while sleeping. Honestly it’s 10/10 I can feel the benefits when I wake up I used to wake up with a sore throat maybe I’m a night mouth breather? anyway it’s so effective.
This mouth stays on my mouth and doesn't hurt to rip off, so I'm pretty happy. I do wish the pieces were bigger, though

Mouth tape for sleeping has become essential for me before going to bed. These strips are quite large – I cut them in half, and that’s more than enough for me since I have small lips. They've never come off on their own during the night, but they’re also easy to remove in the morning. They’re gentle on the lips but hold well. I’m really satisfied with them.

It would have been a great product if not for the tiny size.. for lip tape to work it needs to fully cover the mouth so no air is exiting and we're not mouth breathing. It's a quality product in terms of its comfort and stickiness but was way too small
