If your looking for a less not in your face minty version if guru nada’s oil pulling kit, this does the job. It has the same ingredients and size of bottle as the competitors one. Only difference is it’s less overpowering on the minty flavor taste. And easier to find because it doesn’t get sold out as often. It gives the same results as far as i can see as its competition.
