I like this oil but it took a while to get used to it. I expected a stronger scent of vanilla instead it was very light. The light smell grew on me and it is more noticeable when it warms up on your body. It is not overpowering, it is light and mixes well with other oils.
It smells really good just not like vanilla, way more like coconut as other reviews mentioned. It’s still a really really nice scent, don’t get me wrong, but it’s not the pure vanilla you’re looking for
Not as strong a vanilla scent as I would have liked, but still good. Decent amount for the price, at least compared to other brands. I plan on using as a spray for my hair, for wool laundry balls, and in my diffuser. From just rubbing a bit into my hair and skin right now, the smell is subtle and pleasant.
I use the wool dryer balls and add this vanilla oil to the balls to give my laundry a fresh scent. The dropper works perfectly, and this will last me a long time.

I used to buy a diff brand of essential oil for room fragrance but recently the Now brand raised their prices by a lot. I decided to try this brand and it’s great I love the scent too both vanilla and basil, bottle is high quality, and good value too on sale. I just reordered a few more.
Although this is not essential oil made from distillation, the composition description says it is made from natural ingredients and contains no synthetic substance. That's why I decided to give it a try. It does smell of vanilla, the fragrance is light and sweet, not overpowering/ artificial. I added a few drops to diffuser, and the room is filled with the light and sweet scent of vanilla. The product is reasonably priced given its size and quality. Overall I am happy with this product, and recommend buying this if u love the light and natural scent of vanilla.
