Hot honey is quite famous worldwide but it’s my first try. Clean ingredient without artificial colouring. The texture is as thick and sticky as real honey. I have been using ChocZero’s original honey substitute for several years and I love it. This hot honey is a nice twist and it is versatile to be used in many savoury and sweet recipes! Taste sweet with a hint of spiciness which is amazing!

I am a big fan of ChocZero products but this one felt short on flavour and consistency for me.
Based a few fee reviews I was expecting a little more heat from this. Maybe it’s just my Jamaican 🇯🇲 roots but it is more honey not hot to me. Like the heat is barely noticeable. Despite that I just mix with some Jamaican scotch bonnet pepper hot sauce and bring it up a notch. This is my third product from ChocZero and I find that their products taste great, are affordable and have high quality ingredients. It’s a plus to have these honey and maple syrup substitutes that have no weird aftertaste.

The flavor and texture closely mimics the real honey without the excess calories or sugars, but the 'hot' or 'spicy' kick wasn't pleasant... But it still has a delightful, smooth texture that makes it easy to drizzle over whatever food you choose. Plus, it’s low in calories and has no added sugars. It's a perfect option for those following low-carb or keto diets! Plus, it adds fibre in a fun way! But I would prefer the original one more :>
