I bought the taurine capsules because of the metabolism and hypertension benefits. I am a middle-aged guy and need some help for that. So this fits beautifully to my other lifestyle changes and medication. The package contains 1000mg capsules, I need 3-4 per day. It opens easily, I take it on an empty stomach to aid the absorption. The capsules have no taste and I can swallow it with a bit of water, they don't upset my stomach. Well, I am on a diet and this perhaps helped me to shed a few pounds and fit in a size smaller trousers. I feel better, have more energy and better focus, but I have more active time during a day and use other products as well. Some muscles on my body are now a bit more prominent than before, but the performance difference I don't see during training. I would recommend this to middle-aged people like me.
