There are other supplements that contain Akkermansia, but nearly all of them have dead Akkermansia-- this company ships live Akkermansia. I buy it about once a year to replenish my gut health, put it in the fridge right away and drink it down with pomegranate, which AK loves.

A bit pricey. Cannot swear to God it has changed my life in a night and day fashion... but it DOES seem to be the 'purest' and possibly best delivered versions of Akkermansia.

It is very effective for gut health and weight management.

I have tried one other brand and didn't find it works as well, bummer as this one is sooo expensive. But it has helped... I do have to rely on it though, it doesn't seem to be a use once and be better situation for me. Perhaps it's a transient probiotic. Small, easy to swallow and smells like vanilla.

Great product, take for at least 90 days to feel the effects.

This strain of Probiotic, called a foundational one is very beneficial for me. The digestion is smoother, easier for me to manage my weight. Am looking forward to trying the higher dose available now, since my microbiome tested negative for this bacteria.

Only clinically proven akkermansia strain to improve levels, and better value compared to the other pendulum akkermansia product but really not worth the price and not a long term replacement

My doctor recommended this product specifically and so far, it has not disappointed.
