It's fragrance and it's not just a slight fragrance, the smell is quite strong. I will say this is not a fit for my sensitive skin. I've been using it for a month for now, it's quite okay. In general I like Medicube products, I have tried a few foam cleaners of this brand and they worked great for me, but the oil, unfortunately no. I will not repurchase.

Conscious Skincare body lotions are a good choice. A bit pricy but I hope justified, quality, packaging, has a lot of benefits, very gentle on skin, the scent are just mild and perfect, size are a bit smaller, but it does great job.
