Soft chewable tablets that are supposed to relieve menopause symptoms. The taste is good and the texture is too. I just started using it, hoping to see an effect.

These are soft, berry-flavored caramels ♡ I only recommend two a day, but they're so delicious I want to eat more!! I bought them hoping for the genistein effect. Genistein has estrogen-like effects. It's said to act as a substitute for decreasing female hormones and may alleviate menopausal symptoms. However, two pieces contain 30 calories and 5g of sugar. They're delicious, but I'm concerned about the calories and sugar content. I finished 60 pieces in a month, and I think I might be sweating less at night... I bought a two-month supply, so I'll continue taking them and see if I want to repurchase.

The taste is mediocre, a bit like potion of Swiss candy
It seems you have to take it for at least a month to see any effect. When you open the can, there was cotton, as if there was gas inside. The smell is synthetic. The taste is normal. Chewy candies.
They taste okay, but definitely not the tastiest. What bothers me, though, is this: when you open the tin, it smells strongly of nail polish. Fortunately, the chewing gum itself doesn't taste like that. I'll probably try a different brand.
