This is quite a strong extract and represents much more eleuthero than a normal dose of the plain root. Both times that I took it, pain appeared in my back out of nowhere. This product may work well for some people, but I had to opt for a product with plain eleuthero root, not an extract.
Very small capsules, easy to take and no side effects. I have not been vigilant so can’t give an opinion, however the powder inside has dried out and hardened in all the capsules. I hope it’s still effective..
I am trying Eleuthero for the first time, Quality is good as I like Paradise brand, but I do not feel much of an effect with this herb. Will update you on changes in the future.

I appreciate this herbal preparation with only the one ingredient. I do best without things like Magnesium Stearate added to the capsule. I have found the Paradise line of Herbs to be of quality in this way. I take this to support my adrenals, since I have trouble with fatigue.
