quality good 'ingredients good,taste isn't good but a bit to sweet for my liking,size is good,creatine good,packaging was good ,benefits are good,good for fitness and workout and endurance,good use if your on a diet and it has all the supplements.

Arrived absolutely rock hard… Once I finally managed to dig the scoop out, I couldn’t even use the product because the powder in the scoop is so hard. What a joke!

This thing has a nice fruity taste and mixes relatively well. I usually pour it in my water bottle and drink it during workouts. I like the combination of electrolytes with creatine, it's convenient. I chose this product over others because it's sweetened with stevia. Plastic crested gecko for reference.

The taste is great, quality seems to be good as well :) I use it while training and creatine gives my muscles way more strength during training, love that benefit. The package size is small, so good to bring it everywhere with you.
