bought as a replacement for my husband. 56 years old been drinking energy drinks for way too many years. this July took his blood pressure after both of us having no health issues of any kind and it was super high in the 130s over the high '90s. so I needed to get him something that he would be consistent with because he couldn't have the energy drinks any longer. I've been taking creatine for quite a while. already have his mom on it. and so there was this one with the creatine, with the flavor, and with the caffeine he needs to get through his long hard days at work. he's been sticking to it so I'm super happy and the blood pressure is a little down but we're working on it.
