I like the quality of this product offered by iHerb as it offers more then creatine to the formula, which gives another level of boost.

The taste is awful, the bone taste is terrible, sweet, and it hurts my stomach. I won't buy it again because of this.

It's best to take it in the morning, otherwise it's harder to fall asleep in the evening.

However, there is one major flaw if you are using this as a pre-workout: the 300mg of L-Theanine paired with only 100mg of Caffeine! As someone with a high caffeine tolerance, this massive 3:1 ratio of theanine acts as a complete handbrake on my energy, causing drowsiness instead of a pump. It might be a good 'smooth focus' drink for people terrified of caffeine jitters, but for anyone looking for real pre-workout energy, that excessive theanine dose just kills the vibe. I'm finishing it for the creatine, but the stimulant ratio needs a serious rework.

The quality of this brand's creatine is probably the best on iherb.. Along with Complex Caffeine for energy, I add this to cocktails before or during a workout. I haven't had the chance to drink this just with water, but with other flavored supplements.. So I don't have much to say about the taste, but it seems to me that it feels very diluted with water. But the creatine is high quality, I'm buying! (At a discount of course) 9/10 on my scale (At a discount of course!😂)
