My regular creatine has been discontinued and found this one on your site. This works best of the several of this company as it is vegan friendly. Best for me to drink before and during my workout. When I opened the container it smelled rancid but I decided to taste it anyway and I really like the taste. I did manage to snag on sale which was a bonus.

I was looking for a supplement combine creatine and work out endurance. The taste is very good with essential ingredients.

The grape flavor of this product is definitely a huge step up—it tastes fantastic and goes down very smoothly. However, since the core formula is exactly the same, my experience hasn't changed. Despite the huge 'Energy' label on the tub, the massive 300mg dose of L-Theanine completely overpowers the 100mg of caffeine. If you have a high caffeine tolerance like me, this ratio just acts as a massive brake, causing drowsiness instead of giving you a pre-workout pump. I will finish it for the solid 5g of creatine and the great taste, but do not buy this expecting a real energy boost.

the taste and quality are good . very clean ingredients. it really helped with my fitness journey in regard to the daily need of creatine. the little kick of caffeine really helped with my workout. packaging is good .
