tastes like real peach iced tea, no artificial taste. clean ingredients, energizes and is easy to portion because of the scoop. each scoop is 5mg creatine which is a good daily dosage. i use it for fitness and mental puroposes. great for intra workout and as an adition for a healthy diet. definitively a supplement stack.

This creatine is good, it gives energy and it tastes like mango (obviously haha) but yeah it gives you the creatine benefits + more energy. It does taste too sweat though so I wouldn't mix it with already-sweat bevarages.
