I bought this supplement for my mother because she suffers from osteoporosis. The doctor prescribed calcium supplements for her, but they were of no use and cased her Heartburn. After research, I found that bones need many elements and minerals, not just calcium. Then the choice fell on this supplement. It is good and my mother is comfortable with it and it has not caused her any problems. She has now completed a year and a half of using it. It’s effective, with great ingredients. Truly recommend it

I just bought a bottle to try it out as one of the legs was weak in strength & to my surprise, I took it for a week & noticed that my legs are stronger & not as stiff as before. I love it & will buy again to maintain my bone strength for my legs..likely be one of my favourite.. The composition & ingredients are planted based & The quality is fine.

I enjoy that Naturelo keeps their products so clean with pure food sources more than other companies. They have a great list of nutrients that balance bone supplement. Great value for the price!

This is my second bottle. My bone density fell when I got measured in my last health check up. I am trying everything to get it back up for my next checkup. Usually when I take other calcium supplements I get constipated but not with this plant based calcium. I'll keep taking it and also do more exercises.

I chose this product based on good reviews and good ingredients. However,I would never take it again or recommend.In order for me to get doctor recommended 1600mg per day I would have to take approximately 8 capsules.It also had given me a sour metallic tadte in my mouth.Not for me.
