I purchased this product to apply to one skin inflammation and for the exfoliant properties it is supposed to possess. However, when I applied it for a period of two weeks on the spot I was trying to eliminate, I noticed no improvement. The product tingles when applied, there is no strong scent, and perhaps it just wasn't designed for what I had hoped it would improve. I will continue trying the product to see if results take longer than initially anticipated.
