The scent is wonderful straight out the bottle but on my skin it gives me this scent I know from skin lightening products classmates would wear. I do not like. It’s a lil ammonia ish. I do not recommend wearing it out. At home only. It’s spreads well and moisturizes well.
This is a reformulation of a previous, very similar lotion. The scent is amazing. It doesn't irritate my super sensitive skin. The new formula isn't quite as thick as the older one but I still really like it a lot. And the addition of the pump top is great as that's something I'd wished the older version had. Will definitely buy again and again. I'm so happy Shea Moisture brought this line back to life!
I love this shea moisture illuminating lotion it moisture and keeps the skin so soft.I love the scent and it has a great texture.I also uses the body wash and the oil,all three is of great quality.
I’m 58 years young my skin usually feels dry but with this body lotion feels moisturized, it absorbs quickly, great for summer or winter

There is a scent..so if you don’t like scents you may have a problem with this but…but but but it totally works! I tried every reasonable brand out there and this works..I had very dry skin and I tried everything..I was sooo happy and shocked when I woke up and my skin was beautiful..illuminating?
