I also appreciate the price of this particular brand when purchased through i-Herb, and the fact that it has a reasonable amount of K2 & D3 in comparison to others that are charging far too much for miniscule micrograms. The size of these capsules are quite large but have no taste when kept intact. I haven't had any trouble swallowing them personally, and I'm unsure if it's okay to open it up and mix with a little water, so if you have issues with swallowing you might want to check the FAQ section before purchasing these. Otherwise, I totally recommend this product if you are shopping for a supplement!
