I prefer the taste of the apple compared to the other flavours. It’s an expensive product but many people recommend this form of exogenous ketones over others, I personally find that it is more effective for me.

the taste is honestly terrible but it gives energy as per described. the benefit of it, is im able to focus the whole day of my work with only 1 dosage.
Tastes surprisingly ok. Gives a real energy boost without crash. I feel energetic and awake for 2-3 hours after taking this. Also, taking it before a work out is increasing my performance.
