I can feel the difference between drinking it and not drinking it. My breathing feels much lighter during exercise. However, since it contains no caffeine, those who need it should take caffeine separately or choose a different product. There is a slight tingling sensation on the skin due to the beta-alanine.

I think it's a product that combines pre-workout and post-workout. It's caffeine-free so it's also suitable for use at night.
Training with it is definitely more fun; it starts working in about 20 minutes, and it lasts the entire workout. The quality is excellent, and the MP holds its own. You can increase the load, and it gives you energy.
