The product quality is excellent; it provides the body with energy and should be taken half an hour before exercise. As for the taste, I rate it very good; I recommend it.

C4 has been around for years and this Energy + Aminos version is a nice option when I want something lighter than a heavy pre-workout. Fruit Punch tastes good when mixed with plenty of cold water and it’s refreshing during training. I like the combination of amino acids and an energy boost in one drink. It mixes easily without leaving much powder at the bottom. Very enjoyable around workouts.
