First off these bars are the best texture and o love that about these. This flavor isn’t great imo though. I was hoping for better. PBJ is really good though.
I love Trubar and its flavours. This tasted really good, but I honestly recommend the peanut butter and jam flavour. You see, this one is sweet and yummy, but it lacks a certain flavour, which I personally don’t prefer. It just tastes like a sweet bar with icing (icing makes it much better though) and while it’s good, I think there are much better flavours that you can find at trubar. The size is good and convenient, and each protein bar is packaged individually

I love how the trubars have almost a caramel like center! The Donuts flavor isn't quite "donuts" but a light white coating on a caramel core. A delicious way to get protein in a smaller bar! 💚
It tastes good, not exactly like a donut, of course, that's wishful thinking, but it's good and scratches the itch for something sweet. Just like their other bar though, I wish there were some crunchy bits or something to give some variation in the texture. While it's sweet, it really doesn't taste like a donut. Maybe if I shut my eyes and imagine hard enough the glaze might taste similar to the glaze on a donut but that's where the similarity ends
