Amazing value and pure quality! I am incredibly impressed with Micro Ingredients Organic Ashwagandha Powder. The fact that it’s pure root powder with zero fillers or additives was a huge selling point for me. Because it’s bulk size, the value for money is unbeatable compared to buying small bottles of capsules.

This is a massive supply of Ashwagandha. The softgels are much easier to swallow than the giant pressed tablets from other brands. It really helps lower my cortisol levels and manage work stress. It’s very effective, but I’ve found it’s better to cycle it (5 days on, 2 days off) rather than taking it non-stop.

This supplement is awesome, and I’d give it 5 stars. The smell is very mild, and the capsules are easy to swallow. The taste isn’t noticeable, which is convenient for softgels. The package is sturdy and keeps them fresh for daily use. I notice a clear benefit in helping me sleep better and feel more relaxed. It seems made with quality ingidient, and I’ll definitely keep taking it.

Ashwagandha has so many health benefits. I’m personally using it to calm me down. I’ve been taking it at night with my last meal. I’ve been sleeping better. My thyroid function has been doing good for some years now, so I don’t know if it’s because of this because I’ve started taking this years ago, but it was a different brand. There’s no smell no taste and I’m able to swallow it smoothly and easily because sometimes I struggle with swallowing pills.
