it has a sweet scent. it can turn your matte lip color into a liquid lipstick texture when you apply it above it. it will make the lipstick lasts short on your lips but it is still pretty. it has a sticky texture. the bluish color on the photo does nothing significant effect on lips. it's still transparent.
