As I opened the bottle and removed the cap, I thought that what I see is mold, all insides covered in white dust, but what I removed was very flakey cotton pad filler, I suppose it was in there to prevent pills from spoiling? Yet after removal, the dust of it is all over the bottle and pills, so I will have to clean each pill before every swallowing or break the pill and drink it with water..

I like this brand because it is a Methyl B formula. This is a better usable form of B. Also it has Methylcobalamin form B12 not cyanocobalamin form of B12. It is a very easy capsule to swallow and seems to work well. I also like this brand because it only has organic rice hull extract as a filler. Also it is made in the USA.

I am discovering that BioEmblem is a quality product line. This is a great combo of all of the B Vitamins, and the capsule is very "clean". Hint - never take Folic Acid! Methyl Folate is the one to take.
