This is one of the best value NMN I could find. The dosage per piece is 400mg which is a little lower than a standard 500mg but it is 400mg per capsule which I like. You can take 2 for a higher dosage. Quality is great, this is my second bottle and I take it first thing in the morning with Coq10 and multivitamin before breakfast. I've definitely notice improvements in energy levels throughout the day and generally feel healthier and more awake. I highly recommend this and will repurchase especially when its on sale!
