Excellent quality vitamin supplement. The dosage is potent, and I appreciate that it uses the MenaQ7 form of Vitamin K2. Having it in a chewable tablet makes it super easy to remember to take daily. Great product for overall cardiovascular and immune support!

It's good as you can chew the tablets. You should not take vitamin D3 without K2, and both of them are combined in one tablet. The taste is ok.
