Packaged well, nice and compact fits in the cupboard easily, got it on sale so great price and value, dissolves well in water and tasteless so easy to use every day, seems to help with energy levels and recovery but I've only been using for a couple of weeks so not sure yet how much it's helping.

It has no taste at all, so you can just put it in your mouth and eat or drink it. Hopefully, it will help with muscle development.
