I make my own wild yam cream (used like a progesterone cream) and it's fantastic! Do all I can to not rely on big pharma!!

I have only been using this product for a week, and I can already feel a difference in my body temperature (hormone balance). I use a few drops along with a few drops of castor oil, rub it into a different area each night ( stomach, inner upper arms, inner thighs) I am anxious to see how effective it is over the next few weeks….so far so good!

Love love love. Highly recommend. i mix it with a bit of castor oil and apply it to my inner thighs and stomach, but only from Day15 to Day 28. It has eased PMS considerably. Easy to use with the dropper.

I am going through pre menopause and read about wild yam and its benefits, I started taking it not knowing if it was going to help me or not… well so far so good! I definitely recommend it! The flavor is mild when mixed with water. So far I’ve had an increased amount of energy through out my day enough that I don’t have to drink so much coffee any more!

It is a small size bottle and seems to be a good product with quality ingredients, and it's easy to take. It doesn't taste too bad. I bought it for the health benefits but I am unsure if it is helping yet or not.
